trackfm
Rationale
The Freshmeat newsletter is long, and most of it is irrelevant to any
given person. Over time, items repeat. I wanted some way of going
through it. One solution for this is
whatsnewfm, which I used for a
while, but which then stopped working because of a change in the
newsletter format. I also don't find the interface very intuitive.
trackfm is my solution to these problems. It understands the new
newsletter format, and has (what I consider to be) a more intuitive
interface.
Incompatible changes
None so far.
